Medicaid Service Coordination

The Medicaid Service Coordinator (MSC) works directly with the individual to develop and maintain a service plan. The service plan is based on the individual's current needs as well as their future dreams and aspirations. The MSC assists in obaining and maintaining the services needed, provides oversight of the services and acts as an advocate for the individual. The MSC will meet with the individual as well as service providers and concerned family members on a regular basis to ensure that the individual's needs are being met and that the services provided are satisfactory.
